Downtown initiatives include the annual 10K Cow Harbor Race, Cow Harbor Day,
Holiday House Tours, Winterfest and Summerfest Concerts located at the Bandstand in
the Heart of the Harbor front park.  These events all serve as magnets to visitors of all ages
throughout the region.
